Although our groomers hold one-on-one grooming sessions with their clients, which allows them to focus on providing the best results, our salon typically has 2-3 groomers working at a time. If you're pup is reactive or you feel more comfortable with them being the only one in the salon, please book on a Sunday with either Kenzie or Kira. Always double-check with our receptionist before booking reactive dogs. We can take on more than one dog or cat from the same household, as long as their appointments are back-to-back.
We recommend our customers pre-book 1-2 weeks out. Our groomers tend to be booked up within that time period, however we encourage you to call and ask just in case we do have availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee openings before the suggested time frame.

We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations; As well as a 24 hour notice on rescheduling appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we charge the service equivalent (up to $50) to the card on file. As early as possible! We recommend starting as soon as they have their second set of vaccinations. We offer both baths and haircuts packages, with plenty of time set aside to make sure your pup is comfortable with the process. It is very important to introduce your puppy to grooming at an early age to set them up for happy and relaxing grooms.
