  • Do you have multiple dogs in the grooming room?
    We hold one-on-one grooming sessions, which allows our dog groomers to focus on giving you the best results, as well as a stress free environment. We are able to take on more than one dog from the same household if you would like, just make sure to book their appointments back to back.
  • When should I book my dog in?
    We recommend our customers pre-book 1-2 weeks out. Our groomers tend to be booked up within that time period, however we encourage you to call and ask just in case we do have availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee openings before the suggested time frame. Looking to book today?
  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
    We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations; As well as a 24 hour notice on rescheduling appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we charge the service equivalent (up to $50) to the card on file. In case of sudden emergencies, please give us a call at (204)222-8069 as soon as possible to reschedule.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment through our website, social media or by calling us at (204)222-8069. Please review the service you're booking matches with the service description to make sure our groomers have adequate time with your pup. With our updated policy, we do require a card on file (credit card, Mastercard, or Visa) upon booking your appointment. We currently do not offer prepays on appointments. We are happy to help you with the booking process or with any questions you may have!
  • How soon should I book my puppy in?
    As early as possible! We recommend starting as soon as they have their second set of vaccinations. We offer both baths and haircuts packages, with plenty of time set aside to make sure your pup is comfortable with the process. It is very important to introduce your puppy to grooming at an early age to set them up for happy and relaxing grooms.
